At our initial step, we get to know you and discuss your needs with a complimentary consultation. We explore your project and construction timeline and options. Within a week of the consultation, you will receive an estimate for your review.

Design & Planning

During our second step, we obtain your approval on the estimate and our team begins working with you to plan and design all elements of your project. We create a project timeline and begin the process of securing permits for the work and necessary approvals.

• Materials & Finishes are Selected

• Specialists & Consultants are Secured

• Final Budget is Reviewed

• Construction Permits & Approvals are Secured

• Project Management Commences

Construction

At our third step, construction begins. The Redi-Team is on site continuing to provide communication and support by managing the construction process. We ensure everything is built according to the designs and plans. We hold weekly meetings to maintain diligent communication internally and with our clients. Upon completion of the project and our team’s thorough inspection, a client final walkthrough is scheduled.

Completion

At our final step, we present the completed project to you for your walkthrough and conduct a thorough handover of all documentation.
